How do I track my order?
Your order becomes available for online status-tracking 1-2 days after it has been placed. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation email. To find out the status of your order, please call 800-522-8463 for further assistance.

How do I order extra links and buckles?
You may order extra links with your credit card by calling the Metro Service Center at 1-800-842-8621. The first three links are free. There is an additional charge for any links after the first three. For all orders there is an $8.50 shipping and handling charge, plus any applicable taxes. There is a limited quantity of links; therefore, availability cannot be guaranteed. Extra buckles may be ordered free of charge with the purchase of any strap during the checkout process. Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not accept orders with a billing or shipping address outside of the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.

What does ATM mean?
Timepieces are rated by ATM or atmospheres. One ATM is equal to approximately ten meters below the surface of water and refers to the additional pressure that is exerted when items are submerged under water. All MICHELE timepieces are designed with a minimum water-resistance rating of 3 ATM or 30 meters.

Does 5 ATM mean that I can wear the watch while swimming?
No. Only MICHELE timepieces with a rating of 10 ATM or higher may be worn while swimming.

How do I clean my watch and straps?
Your MICHELE timepiece should be cleaned with a soft cloth and water only. Do not submerge your timepiece in water. Your timepiece should also be rinsed clean and dried with a soft cloth after any saltwater use. In order to maintain the new look of metal bracelets, we recommend periodic cleanings of the bracelet. Dip a soft brush in warm soapy water and gently rub the bracelet clean. Your strap also requires care and caution. The natural material used to manufacture your strap is sensitive to the elements. Water, sunlight, or exposure to chemicals or perspiration will cause discoloration, shrinkage, and damage to your strap. Use a soft cloth to wipe your strap clean when removing your timepiece. We also advise having your timepiece serviced every 18-24 months to ensure long use and trouble free operation.
